The control of microbiological purity at every stage of the production process is an essential element ensuring that the high requirements of modern production technologies are maintained.

Checks of microbiological purity of surfaces are performed by:

  • smear method.

Monitoring of air microbiological purity allows to assess the purity of production space by determining, among others, the total number of microorganisms and the number of yeasts and moulds. Our air quality testing services include:

  • sedimentation method testing;
  • testing using the collision method;
  • aspiration testing using gelatine filters.

Airborne particulate testing is used to determine the technical requirements, operation and control of clean rooms and other controlled environments for airborne particulate concentrations.

Air pollution is classified using a particle counter. This is a device which uses light scattering to record the number and size of separate particles present in the air.
