Sensory analysis

In the area of sensory analysis of household chemicals we perform:

  • laboratory sensory testing to determine the sensory characteristics of a detergent;
  • comparative tests against a benchmark or several products against each other to determine differences between products and their strengths and weaknesses;
  • tests using a hedonic scale, for example like – dislike, buy – don’t buy to determine the acceptability of the detergent by the respondent.

Sensory testing of products is performed by the following methods:

  • descriptive;
  • even;
  • triangular.
